Your order will be shipped out on the next working day. DELIVERY/SHIPPING CHARGES Local Delivery (in Singapore only) Free delivery for purchases of S$80 nett and above. Self pick-up from us in Clementi (The address will be given to you in the email confirmation of your order.) - Free By Hand - local courier - S$6.00. Delivery will be made during office hours between 9am to 5pm from Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 12pm on Saturdays. No deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays By local parcel post - depending on weight of items ordered. This will take about 2-4 days for delivery. International Delivery By UPS or Singapore Speedpost. Delivery charge will be informed to you during confirmation of your order via email or fax. ORDER CANCELLATION Much as we would like to accede to your request, we will not be able to cancel or alter any order once it has been processed. However, we will allow for return and exchange after you have received your order. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY We, at Born & Bond, want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us for an exchange. However, the following conditions will apply for any return & exchange : Merchandise worn, soiled, stained or washed cannot be accepted for any return & exchange. Merchandise must be shipped to the address listed on the Invoice sent with your purchase and reach us within 30 days from the date of receipt. Merchandise on offer are subject to the Terms & Conditions for these items. Customer will bear all the shipping/delivery charges incurred for the return and for the new items. Delivery/Shipping charges are non-refundable. Proof of delivery is not proof of receipt.
